Who is more powerful than Superman?
Even though Superman is often considered the most powerful character in the DC Universe, Shazam definitely comes close, and he can even beat the Man of Steel. And with a massive power upgrade, there's no question that Shazam can meet Superman blow for blow—despite the upgrade's terrible side effects.
Captain Atom has proven in past battles that he is stronger than Superman and has better fighting skills. He can also weaponize red sun radiation, which can weaken Superman like Kryptonite and magic. His sometimes uncontrolled nature has earned him a reputation as one of the most dangerous DC heroes.
Captain Atom's strength and durability are literally out of this world, so much so that Superman has to try incredibly hard to hurt him. Moreover, Captain Atom's other abilities mean he can take down Superman without kryptonite. Still, the battle would be harsh.

Darkseid is one of the most fearsome villains in the DC universe for a reason. He's basically a god of evil, and his powers know no real limit. Because of Superman's incredible power, there are few villains who simply outclass him the way that Darkseid does.
Short answer: no, Batman couldn't realistically beat superman. Long answer: also no. Even Batman himself has admitted that if superman went rogue, the only chance they have of stopping him is wonder woman.

It seems that they were evenly matched. Despite having the Wisdom of Solomon, Superman can certainly think a bit quicker than Shazam. But even that will only get him so far. In fact, in Alex Ross' Kingdom Come graphic novel, Shazam was brainwashed by Lex Luthor.

It's not like Superman is the end-all-be-all definition of strength in the DC Universe since there are numerous things that can beat him, including Cyborg Superman. However, having the ability to easily knock down the Man of Steel is nothing to laugh off.
Although Vegeta belongs to a warrior race, he is not completely invulnerable and even in his Super Saiyan Blue form, his strength is nowhere near that of Superman. Vegeta would be wise to avoid catching one of Superman's punches head-on.
While Superman can go into space to be closer to the sun and therefore more powerful, Goku could just as easily call on the energy of every living thing in the universe. Checkmate.
